LLC. 2021. <br />2.4.7.2 Construction Equipmentand Staging <br />Typical equipment would be used during project construction, including dozers, leaders, duntp <br />trucks, excavators, and backhoes. Pile driving is anticipated. Potential construction laydown and <br />staging areas would be onsite in undeveloped areas or nearby depending on site acreage and <br />availability of vacant sites. <br />2.4.7.3 Construction 'Employment <br />The size of the construction work#'nrce wo uld vary during the different phases of construction of <br />each neighborhood and the Town Center. On average, approximately 150 workers would be at the <br />project site per day during peak construction activity. <br />2.4.7.4 Construction Grading <br />Approximately 85% of the project's development area has been mass graded or otherwise disturbed <br />pursuant to prior approvals. A significant amount of grading was previously completed in 2007 <br />within neighborhoods I and 1 to establish rough grade elevations for the project and to create the <br />storm water quality ponds. The project would require soil to be excavated; no structures would be <br />demolished during site preparation.
