February 17, 2022, and despite several email exchanges to confirm the tribe's attendance, no tribal <br />representative attended the scheduled meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, after receiving no further communications from the tribe, on February 23, <br />2022, the County formally concluded consultation with Wilton Rancheria. No other tribes <br />responded to request consultation under SB 18 during the 90 -day response window; and <br />WHEREAS, no further written or oral comments were received relating to the proposed <br />General Plan Amendment; and <br />WI IEREAS, proper notice of this public hearing was given in all respects as required by <br />law including the ptiiblishiag of a legal notice of the hearing in the Stockton Record on or about <br />August 12, 2022 and mailed out to property owners located within a 350 -foot radius from the <br />Project Area to areas within San Joaquin County and Alameda County on August 10, 2022; and <br />WHEREAS, on. August 23, 2022, this Board of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing <br />on said matter, notice of said hearing having been given in accordance with law, and oral and <br />documentary evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this Board <br />of Supervisors being advised on the premises; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that, <br />The General Plan Map for the Mountain House Community is hereby amended by approval <br />of the following - <br />GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO.
