The layouts (e.g., <br />road and lot oripriWlinD) should facilitate solar access for all of these uses - <br />h} TuWn Canter Specific Plan. One Spacft Plan shall be prepared and approved for <br />the entire Town Center prior to the establishment of any permanent use within the <br />boundaries of the Town Center. The Specific plan for the Town Center may be <br />initiated by the County, MHCSR, or property owner- The Town Cepter Spedfi <br />Paan shall include the following areas; the mixed use portion with the open space <br />care, the Central Community Commercial, and the area north to Mountain }-louse <br />Greek, planned predominantly for open space and public uses, Ne development <br />of this area shall occur without it befng addressed in the Specific plan. Phased <br />development within the Speci% Plan area may necessitate modification of the <br />Spedfic plan through subsequent plan amendments. <br />i) Neighborhood Relatlonship to Town Center.
