Non billed time. Spoke to Michelle H. and told WONG <br />her I have not been able to reach the property owner by phone to date: Mr. <br />Chandler's cell is out of service, and his normal phone has not been set up for <br />voice mail. Informed MH that the certified letter had been mailed though I have <br />not received the receipt back yet. Agreed to try to contact the property owner. <br />Managed to reach Louise (609-8015) for the property management company <br />(curryswarehouse@yahoo.com). Emailed her a copy of the NAI and requested <br />her to contact to owner to inform him is considered to be one of the responsible <br />parties. <br />07/07/2021 Wilcox 2478. Spoke to Louise representing property owner. Told her I'll change WONG <br />the billable party to Stockton Propeller and resend the invoice. Also told her a <br />separate complaint will be generated and place the property owner as one of the <br />RP; est. 1/2 hour will be billable on this separate NAI to be issued shortly. <br />08/12/2021 Wilcox 2478 Stockton Propeller. Gave SS and MH, Jusit and MUni brief status of WONG <br />site. Also emailed to GB <br />08/16/2021 Wilcox 2478. Stockton Propeller. Spoke to Amber of the State Waterboard and WONG <br />gave her details of history of the site and its violations. Agreed to email her the <br />NAI and related information. <br />08/17/2021 Wilcox 2478 Stockton Propeller. Scanned and emailed Amber the NAI and photos WONG <br />up to date. <br />08/18/2021 Wilcox 2478 Stockton Propeller. Follow Up/Reinspection. FR also there in WONG <br />training. <br />08/20/2021 Wilcox 2478 (Stockton Propeller). Non billed but considered as enforcement case WONG <br />prep. Paperwork follow up. Updated Envision with latest contact informatiion. <br />Made copy for MH and discussed with her (on Wednesday 8/18) my intention to <br />abate this complaint since they've met NAI requirement. Spoke to SS and Muni <br />also. <br />08/20/2021 Wilcox 2478 (Stockton Propeller). Non billed. Louise of Currywarehouse <br />representing the property owner called again for the bill they'd just received. Told <br />her I had previously changed the billable party to the business but I'll change it <br />again and have acct to send out the invoice again. I also reminded Louise that the <br />property onwer Mr. Chandler is still on the hook as one of the responsible party, <br />just as with the other complaint on Formurex. <br />WONG <br />08/24/2021 Wilcox 2478 Stockton Propeller. Resend NAI and sampling document to Amber WONG <br />per request since she stated she did not receive it in her email last Tuesday. <br />08/31/2021 Wilcox 2478. Stockton Propeller. Non billed Spoke to Amber in depth and WONG <br />explained to her the history of the site and division of jurisdiction between CUPA <br />unit and this unit. Agreed to provide more info upon request, and rescanned the <br />complaint in its entirety and emailed to Amber <br />09/03/2021 Wilcox 2478 Stockton Propeller. Ennailed Amber of Waterboard with a rescan WONG <br />complete with map and a short description of what businesses currently operating <br />and past history of Califronia Cedar which we don't have any records of at this <br />location (Locke yes, but they closed there too) <br />51 05. rpt Page 3 of 4
