I explained I WONG cannot keep the complaint open down the road if the operator or owner verified they have implemented an engineering solution to prevent non sewage waste from entering the septic system, which we still do not know where it is based on county records or my interview with Mike Belmont. 06/03/2021 Wilcox 2478. Further research WONG on county records: the only well/septic permits found between 3 parcels all own by Wiley Chandler is a well destruction permit on 2470 Wilcox formerly California Cedar Product in 1990. No septic record, the closest is a septic destruction permit which had never been finalized on 2310 from 1992. (Note: the addresses of interest are 2478/2470 where Propeller and Formurex and the hobby shop quonset are, 2354 where a new gym quonset hut (which was formerly a repair shop according to Mike) as well Tuleburg are, and 2350 and 2290 both parking lots). They were all supposed to be one parcel at one time. California Cedar Product (CCP) which showed up on the 1992 well destruction permit on 2470 is no longer on EHD database (Envision) as an active facility, but the address on record for CCP was 12418 Locke) 06/03/2021 Wilcox 2478. Will contact property owner to identify location of septic system and/or any more waste streams from his renters. Will generate a separate complaint if we have to Co-inspection with CUPA fro Fumerex on 6/10 at 10am or 6/15 at 9am I explained to Muni that Unit 2 does not have the jurisdiction to require additional investigation or clean up even if RWQCB does not take it up. MH insisted we must follow up if RWQCB decided not to take it on, but I stated I'm apprehensive if we have the authority to go beyond the NAI, which is just to cease release of non sewage waste into the septic.
