Violation #207— (Response continued) <br /> To help protect the retention of these records and ensure their availability in the future, we are <br /> confirming all required documentation is organized in centralized files and a-files for easy <br /> accessibility to accommodate records requests as they are received. <br /> We are also reinforcing our existing policies by providing our associates more training <br /> refreshers and confirming all impacted associates and distribution center leadership <br /> understand the records retention requirements. Additionally, we are supplementing our <br /> current processes by adding these record retention tasks to our Perillon Documentation <br /> Tracking System (our Environmental task tracking system) to ensure required tasks are <br /> completed on time. <br /> Violation #208- Failure to comply with the designated operator inspection requirements <br /> Going forward we will ensure the Designated Operator/Owner sign offs on all inspection <br /> reports and within the required time frame. We will ensure we are providing more associates <br /> training refreshers and confirming all impacted associates and distribution center leadership <br /> understand the records retention requirements, Also, the Fleet Supervisor/Manager and Risk <br /> Safety resources will meet monthly to review and discuss all UST documentation and actions to <br /> ensure compliance with UST requirements. <br />
