Timing:Prior to approval of Final Map. <br /> NOISE <br /> s. Outdoor Noise Levels: Best available noise reduction measures shall be implemented by the <br /> applicant to reduce noise levels in primary outdoor use areas (backyards) of new residential <br /> development to an Ldn of 60 dB. <br /> Timing:Inclusion of note on the Final map approved by CDD prior to Final Map approval, and <br /> inclusion of note on deed prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> t. Interior Noise Levels: Interior noise levels for housing proposed to be located in areas exposed to <br /> an exterior noise level of an Ldn above 60 dB shall be maintained at or below an Ldn of 45 dB. [SPIII <br /> Implementation Measure 11.2.3 b-f]; [Master Plan Implementation 11.3.1 (f)]. <br /> Timing: Compliance verified prior to the issuance of building permits. <br /> u. Construction Noise: The following measure shall be implemented during construction: <br /> Construction shall be restricted to the hours of 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekdays. Extended hours <br /> which may include Saturdays and Sundays may be allowed through prior notice to adjacent residents <br /> and landowners, and prior approval of the MHCSD for infrastructure construction and CDD for <br /> building permits. <br /> All internal combustion engines shall be equipped with exhaust mufflers that are in good condition <br /> and appropriate for the equipment. <br /> Timing: Inclusion of the above measures as notes on Improvement Plans approved by CDD <br /> and MHCSD prior to Final Map approval. <br /> GEOLOGY AND SOILS <br /> v. Seismic Safety:The applicant shall comply with the applicable provisions of the MHCSD Emergency <br /> Preparedness Plan. <br /> Timing: Inclusion of a note on Improvement Plans approved by CDD and MHCSD prior to <br /> approval of Final Maps. <br /> w. Geotechnical Investigation Recommendations: The applicant shall follow the recommendations <br /> of the Geotechnical Feasibility Report, Tract 4040, Mountain House, California, prepared on <br /> November 15, 2021 by ENGEO Inc. <br /> Timing: Inclusion of a note on Improvement Plans approved by CDD and MHCSD prior to <br /> approval of Final Maps, and the incorporation of all recommendations of the geotechnical <br /> engineering study into site preparation and construction of each dwelling prior to approval of <br /> building permits.[San Joaquin County Development Title, Chapter 9-905] <br /> AIR QUALITY <br /> x.
