Timing:Prior to approval of Final Map. NOISE s. Outdoor Noise Levels: Best available noise reduction measures shall be implemented by the applicant to reduce noise levels in primary outdoor use areas (backyards) of new residential development to an Ldn of 60 dB. Timing:Inclusion of note on the Final map approved by CDD prior to Final Map approval, and inclusion of note on deed prior to issuance of building permits. t.
