The NAAQS for 03, PM1o, and PM2.5 are based on statistical calculations over one- to three-year periods, depending on the pollutant.The California Ambient Air Quality Standards (CAAQS) are not to be exceeded during a three-year period. The attainment status for the San Joaquin County portion of the SJVAB,which encompasses the Project site, is included in Table 4.5-3.
