As shown, site <br /> access would be provided from West Lane, Ham Lane and Eight Mile Road.The West Lane and Ham Lane <br /> access points would allow for full turning movements while the Eight Mile Road assess would be right in <br /> and right out only. <br /> Driveways and sidewalks would provide onsite circulation and connection between all buildings and <br /> parking areas, including patient drop off and pick up areas at the Hospital buildings and Medical Office <br /> Building main entrances. All onsite driveways would have minimum 20-foot wide paved sections and all <br /> driveways, parking and vehicle maneuvering areas would be constructed of concrete or asphalt. All <br /> pedestrian sidewalks and pathways would meet Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) standards. <br /> Construction of access, circulation and parking improvements would proceed consistent with Project <br /> phasing as identified on Figure 3-5. Phase 1 improvements at the West Lane entrance include a driveway <br /> with 50-foot road section inclusive of curb, gutter, sidewalk, and two 20-foot travel lanes separated by a <br /> center median. West Lane access improvements include dedication of right-of-way to accommodate West <br /> Lane acceleration and deceleration lanes and full curb, gutter and sidewalk at the driveway entrance and <br /> along the West Lane Project frontage. The Ham Lane and Eight Mile Road Phase 2 access driveways would <br /> include a 30-foot road section inclusive of curb, gutter and two travel lanes.
