Administrative Draft Environmental Impact Report <br /> Gill Medical Center Project <br /> gas, or telecommunications facilities.The above project level analysis finds that electric power, natural gas, <br /> and telecommunications facilities can be extended to and serve the Project without significant impacts. <br /> Furthermore, construction of onsite water, wastewater and stormwater facilities was found to be less than <br /> significant with mitigation incorporated. Therefore, the Project would not contribute to utility impacts <br /> related to expansion of service systems. Finally, the Project would be constructed and operated <br /> consistent with all applicable state and local solid waste management plans, regulations and policies and <br /> there is nothing unusual about the Project that would cause it to fail to comply with solid waste polies or <br /> regulations. Therefore, the Project results in a less than cumulatively considerable contribution to utility <br /> and services systems cumulative impact. <br /> Mitigation Measures <br /> None required. <br /> Utilities and Service Systems 4.21-16 October 2021 <br />
