Land within 1,000 feet of the transfer station is zoned as follows : 1. GA-5 - General Agriculture. 2 . EA-5 - Exclusive Agriculture. F. San Joaquin County has no solid waste management plan, but this transfer station was established before August 18, 1974, therefore no finding of need and necessity from the State Solid Waste Manage- ment Board is required. G. This facility' s operations are currently in substantial compliance with State Minimum Standards as determined by a physical inspection made on June 5 , 1978 , except that they violate Sections 17462 , 17463 , 17481 , 17484, 17485 , 17491, 17492 , 17493 , 17495 , 17497 , and 17532. The conditions of this permit establish an appropriate schedule for compliance with those sections . H. This permit is consistent with the State Minimum Standards in that the following conditions establish an appropriate schedule for compliance with those standards . II. CONDITIONS : A. Requirements : 1. The design and operation of this facility must comply with all of the State Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal. 2. The design and operation of this facility must comply with all federal, state, and local requirements and enactments . 3 . The San Joaquin Local Health District reserves the right to require additional information concerning the design and operation of this facility. B. Prohibitions : 1. The following actions are prohibited at the transfer station: a. Disposal of tires . b . Disposal of sewage sludge. 4-c Disposal of liquids/slurries 4 d. Disposal of hazardous wastes . e. Disposal of agriculture wastes . f. Disposal of septic tank pumpings . g. Disposal of dead animals .
