No significant change in design or operation from that described in items "I" A, B & C of the "FINDINGS" section is allowed except for those changes which are required under the "CONDITIONS" portion of this permit . 2 . The operator will immediately commence and thereafter maintain a log of special occurrences . 3. Litter and loose materials shall be collected daily and disposed of properly. D. Provisions : 1. This permit is subject to review by the San Joaquin Local Health District and may be suspended, revoked, or modified at any time for sufficient cause. 2 . The following provisions must be met : a. Identification signs shall be provided at each point of access to the station indicating the name and address of the station operator by September 1, 1978 . b . Internal roads and parking areas shall be made smooth and designed to minimize the generation of dust and the tracking of materials onto adjacent paved public roads by September 26 , 1978. c. Adequate sanitary facilities and handwashing facilities properly drained and connected to an approved sewage r system shall be provided for station personnel by January 1 , 1979 . d. Safe and adequate drinking water shall be provided for the station personnel by September 1, 1978 . e. Communication facilities shall be provided at the facilities by September 1, 1978. ff> Approved safety helmets and respirators shall be provided t lJ/ for all station personnel by September 1, 1978 . g. Proper litter control equipment shall be installed around the station by January 1, 1979 . Wash facilities shall be provided at the transfer station properly drained and hooked up to a septic system by January 1, 1979 .
