Dewater sump and containment as needed. All water must be <br /> checked prior to being pumped to ensure that no oil is being <br /> discharged into the environment. This is a regulatory issue th <br /> must be documented and recorded after every event. <br /> 4. Check containment and sump. Verify that containment is free of <br /> any cracks, 90ncrete spalling and corrosion. Clean as needed. <br /> 5. Verify that tank support structure is free of cracks a corrosion. <br /> Check condition of grounding cable and straps. <br /> 6. Verify that tank foundation is free of any cracks, corrosion and <br /> that all gr uting is intact. Check condition of anchoring fasteners. <br /> 7. Perform general housekeeping as needed for the immediate area. <br /> Ensure that ea is free of any debris and flammable materials. <br /> 8. Verify that tank coating is in good condition. Verif at tank <br /> placards and signage are in good condition, <br /> 9. Report all issues to your direct supervisor for follow-up and <br /> corrective action.
