Second Semi-Annual 2021 Groundwater Monitoring, Batch Extraction Results Report & Supplemental Site Investigation <br />Waterloo Food and Fuel <br />3032 East Waterloo Road, Stockton, California <br />Page 3 <br />January 9, 2019 — AdvancedGeo Environmental, Inc. prepared the Additional Site Assessment <br />Workplan for the Site. The workplan proposed seven additional soil borings and soil vapor wells in <br />an attempt to evaluate the Site under the Low-Threat UST Case Closure Policy. <br />Fall 2019 — Apex was retained as the environmental consultant for the Site. <br />January 8, 2021 — In a letter, the CVRWQCB requested a Site Assessment Report by March 12, <br />2021, and progress updates via email starting January 30, 2021. The CVRWQCB also requested to <br />sample all 37 monitoring and extraction wells associated with the Site during the first quarter 2021. <br />January 21, 2021 — Apex uploaded a revised a First Semi-Annual 2020 Groundwater Monitoring <br />Report (Revised) in compliance with comment #4 of the January 8, 2021, CVRWQCB letter. <br />June 14, 2021 — Apex submitted a report titled Underground Storage Tank System Leak <br />Investigation Report of Findings in compliance with the January 8, 2021, CVRWQCB letter. <br />August 4, 2021 —In a letter, the CVRWQCB, requested to monitor batch extractions as proposed in <br />the June 14, 2021, Underground Storage Tank System Leak Investigation Report of Findings.
