<br />All field work was completed in accordance with the Apex Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
<br />A copy of the SOP is attached in Appendix B of this report. Apex collected field readings including
<br />depth to water, depth of free product (floating liquid hydrocarbon), well water temperature, pH,
<br />conductivity, dissolved oxygen, and purge water volume. These field parameters were documented
<br />on the field data sheets that are included as Appendix C. Well construction details for the each of
<br />the wells associated for the Site can be found in the attached Table 1. A summary of the depths to
<br />water and corresponding groundwater elevations for each of the groundwater monitoring wells can
<br />be found in the attached Table 2. Groundwater analytical data associated with the samples collected
<br />can be found on summarized on Table 3. Historic groundwater elevation data association with the
<br />Site can be found within the attached Table 4. Historic groundwater analytical data associated with
<br />the Site can be found within the attached Table 5.
