S-79-3 OF CORPORATE <br /> (=Y,� (n PLANNING PROJECTS (c% WONG ENGINEERING) FOR A 23 LOT RURAL <br /> RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION, ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOWER <br /> SACRAMENTO ROAD AND FOREST LAKE ROAD, COLLIER, COUNTY OF SAN <br /> JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> WHEREAS, on February 15, 1979, the Planning Commission <br /> of the County of San Joaquin, by Resolution No. PC-79-86, did <br /> approve subject to conditions Subdivision Map No. 5-79-3 of <br /> CORPORATE PLANNING PROJECTS (c/o Wong Engineering) , for a 23 <br /> lot rural residential subdivision, on the northeast corner of Lower <br /> Sacramento Road and Forest Lake Road, Collierville, County of San <br /> Joaquin, State of California; and <br /> WHEREAS, on February 27, 1979, this Board of Supervisors <br /> did set the date of March 22, 1979, at the hour of 11 :30 a.m, for <br /> a public hearing on said matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, on March 22, 1979, said matter was taken under <br /> submission; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br /> that Subdivision Map No. 5-79-3 of CORPORATE PLANNING PROJECTS <br /> (c/o Wong Engineering) , be, and it hereby is, conditionally <br /> approved as follows: <br /> T <br /> All improvements shall be in conformance with <br /> Z <br /> �^ the requirements of the County of San Joaquin. <br /> Y3e z <br /> 0 \ U 2. Easements for utilities shall be as required by <br /> i.1J P.G.&E. , P.T.&T. , and all other public utilities. The provisions <br /> of Article XIIA7 of Ordinance 892, as amended, shall apply. <br /> v <br /> Electrical power distribution may be overhead except the <br /> individual line which shall be underground. <br /> 3. Plans for all improvements to be approved by San <br /> Joaquin County Department of Public Works prior to consideration <br /> of the final subdivision map. <br /> 4. Provision for storm water drainage shall comply <br /> with standards and requirements of the Department of Public Works <br /> prior to consideration of the final subdivision map. Lot grading <br /> and residential pad elevation shall be required as part of <br /> the subdivision to insure lot and road improvements. <br />
