5. Water system or methods shall conform to the <br /> requirements of the Local Health District. <br /> 6. The minimum net lot area shall be three acres. <br /> 7. In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, <br /> as prescribed in Section 18.01 of Ordinance 892, as amended, the <br /> developer shall contribute fees of equivalent value as defined <br /> in said section. <br /> 8. A Preliminary Soil Report as prescribed in Section <br /> 5.165 of Ordinance 892, as amended, shall be required. <br /> 9. The developers of this property shall dedicate the <br /> land necessary for the widening of Forest Lake Road and pay the <br /> entire cost of materials for the widening of six feet of the <br /> north side7of Forest Lake Road by depositing the cost of said <br /> widening improvement to Road District No. 4 Account. The moneys <br /> to be contributed in lieu of said improvement to be approved <br /> by the Department of Public Works. <br /> 10. The developer shall file a waste discharge report <br /> with the State Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br /> 11. A plot plan shall be submitted with all applications <br /> for building permits indicating that lot and road drainage will <br /> be retained on the lot and not directed onto the County road. <br /> 12 . Sewage disposal methods shall conform to the Local <br /> Health District Ordinance No. 549. <br /> 13 . The relocation of a drainage easement and the <br /> establishment of a drainage easement shall be subject to Flood <br /> Control District approval. <br /> 14. Stoney Creek Drive shall be 32 ' of pavement on a 60 ' <br /> right of way, with no drain ditches. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May, 1979, by the <br /> following vote of the Board of Supervisors, to wit: <br /> AYES: S.zpervisors FONDSE, YOSHIKAWA, WILHOIT, BARBER <br /> NOES : NONE <br /> A35ENT: NONE <br /> ABSTAIN: Supervisor ALVA <br />
