These mixtures will be based on operating <br />expe rienee .... 'ith the speoifie materials reee ived. <br />Section 1.3 provides a detailed defi nition of all of the feedstock materials to be utilized at <br />the Compost Facility. <br />1.4 Types and Numbers of Vehicles AntiCipated to Enter the Facility <br />InC/lido information as to the types and numbers of vehic/es anticipated to enter the facil/ty. <br />The remote , rural location of the site already minimizes any interference and safety <br />problems for traffic on the adjacent Austin Road. Stacking of vehicles from the <br />RRF/Compost Facility on Austin Road has not and wi" continue to not occur . nor will <br />incoming or outgoing vehicles be allowed to park or idle along Austin Road . In addition, stop <br />signs are posted at RRF/Compost Facility exit to control the flow of traffic. The combined <br />Forward Landfill . RRF . and f Compost Facility arets expected to receive a n average of 160 <br />truol{s per day inoluded as part maximum of t-R-e-620 trip§ maximum threshold allowed for <br />the entire FoPt'w'ard facility (landfill and RRF) as discussed in the Final Environmental Impact <br />Report (FEIR) dated December 2002 from which Land Use Permit No. UP-00 -07 was issued <br />and as specified in SWFP No. 39-AA-0020 (see Appendix A). Trucks entering the <br />RRF/Compost Facility stop at the entranee area and are directed to the appropriate <br />feedstock unloading area or the RRF building.
