The <br />site offices and key site personnel havevehicles used fo r site operat ions are equipped with <br />phones. The site has five telephone lines for betR-business and emergency use (14 GGR , <br />Section 1 7867 (a )(9)}. Electric al power is provided to the <br />office trailers and on :-site pumping facilities. There is also nN ightjsecurity lighting is also <br />located at the landfill and RRFjCompost Facility entrances,! and on the RRF bui lding. <br />The landfill has four portable trailer-mounted generators, in case of an emergency and/or <br />the need for night lighting. In addition, the landf ill uses portab le lights for operations after <br />darl~ (Le., i n the winter). DRd L&4 . <br />In addition to temperature monitoring of windrows, Forward has a number of site and <br />personnel fire prevention, protection and control measures in place as detailed in their <br />Contingency Plan.
