The notification contains of the name, address, and telephone <br />number of the operator or other person(s) responsible for the operations at the facility. <br />3.4.6 Employee Training Records <br />In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17414(g), the operator maintains records of employee <br />training. Based on job description, staff training typically includes the following: <br />♦ Recycling operations and residual waste removal <br />♦ Station monitoring and maintenance <br />♦ Hazardous materials recognition (Load Checking Program) <br />♦ Equipment use and maintenance <br />♦ Environmental controls <br />♦ Emergency procedures <br />Personnel training is discussed in Section 3.1.1.1. <br />3.4.7 Disposal Reporting <br />In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17414(h), records will be maintained which contain <br />disposal reporting requirements in accordance with 14 CCR, Section 18809 with regard to <br />waste origin. Additionally, the RRF currently records the time at which the combined <br />tonnage limit of 8,668 tpd is reached where upon the RRF must close. <br />3.5 Documentation of Enforcement Agency Approval, Determinations and <br />Requirements (14 CCR, Section 17414.1) <br />In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17414.1 , any approvals, determinations and other <br />requirements the LEA is authorized to make under 14 CCR, Chapter 3 are maintained at the <br />RRF main administration office.
