The provisions of Section 9-1730 <br /> of Ordinance 2634 requiring underground utilities shall apply. <br /> 9. The developers of this property shall dedicate the land necessary <br /> for the widening of Forest Lake Road and improve it to County <br /> standards. <br /> 14. Deleted <br /> 15. The developer shall dedicate a 20' strip of land on the east side <br /> of Lower Sacramento Road for drainage purposes. <br /> 16. (Added) A percolation test shall be required on Parcels 1, 4, <br /> 9, 11, 14, 17, 20, 23, 26, and 29. <br /> 17.
