Box 1810 <br />Stockton, CA 95201 <br />INCOME <br />�1alliglang <br />Subject: Foothill Sanitary Landfill, operating Liability, Facility <br />No. 39 -AA -0004. <br />The California Integrated Waste Management Board staff reviewed the <br />Certificate of Self -Insurance and Risk Management mechanism for the <br />Foothill Sanitary Landfill providing financial responsibility for <br />operating liability claims. <br />As a result of this review, the Board finds that the.County of San <br />Joaquin's Certificate of Self -Insurance and Risk Management <br />executed October 16, 1992 meets the requirements of Title 14., <br />California Code of Regulations, Division 7, Chapter 5, Article 3.3, <br />section 18237, and as such is approved by the Board. <br />The Certificate of Self -Insurance and Risk Management can be used <br />for multiple facilities to include the North County Landfill 39 -AA - <br />0022, and the Corral Hollow Landfill 39 -AA -0005.
