Upon receipt of this <br />application California Code of Regulations, Section 18213 provides <br />120 days for the local enforcement agency (LEA) to complete its <br />five-year permit review. When concluded with its review, the LEA <br />is to provide a Permit Review Report to the Board, the operator, <br />and any person who has requested in writing that he or she be given <br />such information. To date, the Board has received neither a copy <br />of the Report nor a satisfactory explanation as to why it has not <br />been received. <br />Please provide the Permit Review Report to the Permits Section by <br />July 15, 1990. If the Report will not be submitted as requested, <br />you should provide an explanation of what actions are being taken <br />to ensure that the permit review process is concluded by a date <br />certain.
