Waverly Road, <br />Linden, approximately 24 miles east of Stockton, has been reviewed <br />by the San Joaquin County Department of Public Health Services, <br />Division of Environmental Health Services (LEA) in accordance with <br />the California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Chapter 5, Article 3, <br />Section 18213. <br />The Local Enforcement Agency has reviewed and evaluated the <br />following documents: <br />1. Report of Disposal Site Information dated December, 1988. <br />2. Errata Sheet (Amendment) for Report of Disposal. Site <br />Information dated April, 1990. <br />3. Periodic Site Review dated December, 1988. <br />4. Subchapter 15 Monitoring Program Implementation dated <br />September, 1989. <br />5. Solid Waste facilities permit 39 -AA -004 dated September <br />13, 1983, <br />6. California Regional Water Quality Control Board's Waste <br />Discharge order 189-018. <br />7.
