A CEOA review will not be required. <br />The Local Enforcement Agency recommends that these changes listed <br />below be incorporated into the permit modification: <br />1. Tonnage - An error was made in the conversion of cubic <br />yards to tonnage from 1977 permit to the 1983 permit. <br />2880 cubic yards (1977 permit) @ 500lbs. per cubic yard <br />(conversion factor) is equivalent to 720 tons. The new <br />daily tonnage capacity will be raised from 700 tpd (1983 <br />permit) to 720 tpd. <br />7. Future Operations <br />a. When San Joaquin County's Source Reduction and <br />Recycling Elements are developed, then the County <br />of San Joaquin will be able to determine what <br />recycling methods should be used at this solid <br />waste facility. <br />
