0 <br /> CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br /> CENTRAL VALLEY REGION <br /> MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. 91-020 <br /> FOR <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> FOOTHILL SANITARY LANDFILL INCORPORATED <br /> FOOTHILL SANITARY LANDFILL FACILITY <br /> CLASS III LANDFILL <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> NONHAZARDOUS SOLID WASTE MONITORING <br /> The Discharger shall monitor all wastes discharged to the Class III landfill unit <br /> on a monthly basis and report to the Board as follows: <br /> Report in Frequency of <br /> Parameter Units of Regorting <br /> Quantity discharged cubic yards Quarterly <br /> Type of material discharged -- Quarterly <br /> Sources of material discharged -- Quarterly <br /> Minimum elevation of discharge feet & tenths, <br /> M.S.L. Quarterly <br /> Capacity of landfill unit remaining percent Annually <br /> SURFACE WATER MONITORING <br /> Surface water sampling shall be done at the locations shown on Attachment "A". <br /> As the facility expands, the surface water sampling locations will move, and <br /> additional locations will be used as necessary. Surface water samples shall be <br /> analyzed for the following: <br /> Sampling <br /> Report in & Reporting <br /> ParameterlConstituent Units of Freguency <br /> Total Organic Carbon (TOC) mg/l Quarterly <br /> Specific Conductance (field) umhos/cm Quarterl <br /> pH (field) Number Quarterly <br /> Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) mg/l Quarterly <br /> Hardness (as CaCO3) mg/l Quarterly <br /> Chlorides mg/l Quarterly <br /> Sulfates mg/l Quarterly <br /> Dissolved Iron mg/l Quarterly <br /> Manganese mg/l Quarterly <br /> Nitrate (as N) mg/l Quarterly <br /> GROUND WATER MONITORING <br /> A ground water monitoring program will be implemented in June 1989.
