To date, the Board has received neither a copy <br />of the application nor a satisfactory explanation as to why it <br />has not been received. <br />Please forward a copy of the application for permit review to <br />the Permits Section by January 15, 1989. If an application will <br />not be submitted as requested, you should provide an explanation <br />of what enforcement actions are being taken to ensure that the <br />permit review process is initiated by a date certain.
