Alan Biedermann (LEA) arrived at the site <br />a few minutes later. I reviewed and discussed the records with Mr. <br />Horton and Mr. Urquhart at the county office. After the <br />inspection, I discussed the results with Mr. Padilla at the end of <br />the operating day <br />Four violations of State Minimum Standards were observed and are <br />documented below.
