I did not <br />observe vehicles stacking onto public roads. <br />Section 17715 - Ponded Liquid <br />I did not observe any ponds used for holding liquid waste or <br />leachate. <br />Section 17726 - General <br />The numbers and types of equipment onsite were sufficient to <br />properly operate this facility at this time.
