As a reminder, any <br />person operating a landfill after January 1, 1988 must abide by the <br />closure/ postclosure requirements of AB 2448. <br />Section 17734 - Completed Site Maintenance <br />This is not a closed site. <br />This is not a closed site. <br />Section 17741 - Burning Wastes <br />I did not observe any burning waste at this site during my <br />inspection. <br />Section 17743 - Liquid Wastes <br />I did not observe any liquid waste being accepted at this site. <br />Section 17744 - Dead Animals <br />No dead animals were observed. <br />r i 161�'* <br />Since this is the first inspection conducted by Board staff, the <br />operator of this facility needs to adequately address the noted <br />deficiencies and establish the programs and plans necessary to <br />maintain it in accordance with the standards. <br />The County of San Joaquin is in the process of condemning the <br />landfill from Waste Management Inc. The legal owner will be <br />determined after the lawsuit. The county is keeping all the <br />records and other applicable documents related to the site. <br />.
