Public Health Services, <br />Division of Environmental Health <br />Inspection Date: August 16 and 17, 1989 <br />Inspected By: Leandro Ramos <br />Accompanied By: Jesse Padilla (Site Foreman), Alan <br />Biedermann (LEA). <br />Weather: Hot and clear <br />I started my inspection at 1:45 p.m. on August 16, 1989. I met <br />Jesse Padilla (site foreman) at the site. I informed Mr. Padilla <br />of the purpose of my inspection. Mr. Padilla accompanied me during <br />the entire inspection. I continued my inspection the next day by <br />reviewing their weight volume records at the county office in <br />Stockton and observing their day to day operation. I met Mr. Alan <br />F;edermann at the site. I discussed the results of my inspection <br />with Mr. Padilla and Mr. Biedermann before I left the site. <br />•• r <br />The first state inspection of this facility was conducted on <br />December 22, 1988.
