A revised <br />(amended) compliance agreement dated June 27, 1989 was submitted to <br />the Board. <br />RESULTS <br />Two violations of the State Minimum Standards were observed and are <br />documented below. Five areas of concern were also noted. Photo <br />documentation mentioned in this report is available from the Board <br />upon written request. <br />VIOLATIONS <br />17684 - Intermediate Cover <br />I observed waste exposed on several portions of the intermediate <br />cover area as indicated by Jesse Padilla, located northeast of the <br />active face, southwest of the demolition waste area and west of the <br />cover excavation pit, see slides II -5, II -6, II -10 and II -11. <br />These areas should be replenished with adequate cover as required <br />under this section. <br />17708 - Drainage and Erosion Control <br />I observed erosion near the northeast corner of the working fence <br />area, as shown in slide II -21. I indicated this area to Mr. Jesse <br />Padilla and Mr. Alan Biedermann (LEA). Immediate repairs should be <br />taken to prevent further erosion. <br />18211 - Application for Revision of a Permit <br />As stated in the Report of Station Information dated December 1988, <br />this facility is also accepting infectious waste. This site is not <br />permitted to accept infectious waste.
