Provide better supervision and separate all public and commercial <br /> vehicles by April 1, 1978. <br /> �, ql Provide adequate operating equipment and standby facilities or <br /> equipment to meet all these minimum standards by April 1, 1978 . <br /> (r. Institute a preventative maintenance program for the disposal <br /> site and all equipment by April 1, 1978. <br /> sl. The operator of the site must provide adequate numbers of <br /> qualified personnel to staff the site and deal effectively and <br /> promptly with matters of operation, maintenance, environmental <br /> controls , records , emergencies , and health and safety by April <br /> 1, 1978. <br /> The operator shall provide the responsible on-site manager's <br /> name, address , and telephone number to the California State <br /> Division of Forestry and the Linden-Peters Fire District by <br /> March 1, 1978. <br /> E. Self-Monitoring Program: <br /> 1. The following items shall be monitored by the operator of this <br /> facility or his agent and records shall be kept and made avail- <br /> able to the San Joaquin Local Health District upon request: <br /> a. Quantity and types of wastes received at the site per day <br /> and per week. <br /> b. Area of site utilized. <br /> c. Quantity and types of wastes salvaged per month. <br /> d. Number of vehicles utilizing the site per day and per week. <br /> e. Map of the area outlining and designating areas that have <br /> been filled with solid waste and proposed stages of develop- <br /> ment of the site. <br />
