2 U0 S t_ E SOLID VJA.STE MANAGEMENT BOAR0 AR 10X978 Solid Waste Facility Permits SAN JOAQUIN LOCAL Decision #78-32 HEALTH DISTRICT SUBJECT: Proposed solid waste facility permits• Submitted by the San Joaquin Local Health District as local enforcement agency. FINDINGS: The State Solid 'Waste Management Board makes the following finding of fact: 1. Proposed solid waste facilities permits for the following existing facilities in San Joaquin County, received Fflbruary 107 1977 have been submitted to this Board for concurrence with or objection to their issuance. The proposed permits are for the following facilities. Foothill Sanitary Landfill 39--AA-001+ Harney Lane Sanitary Landfill 39-AA-003 Lovelace Transfer Station 39-AA-fig 2. The proposed solid waste facilities permits are consistent with the applicable county solid waste management plans; and The proposed solid waste facilities permits are consistent with the State Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal; and 4. The State Solid Waste Management Board and its staff have reviewed the proposed solid waste facilities permits and concur with the form and content of those permits. CONCLUSION: The proposed solid waste facilities permits 'comply with the requirements of Article 2 of Chapter 3 of Title 7.3 of the Government Code, and with the require- ments of the State Solid Waste Management Board. Consequently, the State Solid Waste Management Board concurs in the issuance of the subject proposed solid waste facilities permits.
