California Land Conservation Contract No. 71-C1-307 issued April 20, 1971 by <br /> San Joaquin County. <br /> 4. Contract of Agreement and all Amendments entered into by and between San Joaquin <br /> County and Nomellini Construction Company on September 7, 1965, October 26, 1965, <br /> September 12, 1967. <br /> C. Land within 1 ,000 feet of the site is zoned as follows: <br /> 1 . GA- General Agriculture (San Joaquin County). <br /> 2. A - Agriculture (Stanislaus County). <br /> D. This facility's design and operation are currently in substantial compliance with <br /> State Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal as determined by <br /> physical inspection made on March 15, 1983 except that they violate Sections 17676, <br /> 17679, 17682, 17684, 17685, 17707 & 17711. <br /> The conditions of this permit establish an appropriate schedule for compliance with <br /> those sections. <br /> E. This permit is consistent with the San Joaquin County Solid Waste Management Plan <br /> and with the State Minimum -Standards-for-Sol-id Waste Handling & Disposal . <br /> II. CONDITIONS: <br /> A. Requirements: <br /> 1 . This facility must comply with all of the State Minimum Standards for Solid <br /> Waste Handling and Disposal. <br /> 2. This facility must comply with all federal , state and local requirements and <br /> enactments. <br /> 3. The San Joaquin Local Health District reserves the right to require additional <br /> information concerning the design and operation of this facility. . <br /> B. Prohibitions:_ -=) <br /> 1 . The following actions are prohibited at the facility: <br /> a. Disposal of all_ Group I wastes. <br /> b. Open,, Burning. <br /> Disposal of sewage sludgekand septic tank pumpings. <br /> Disposal of liqu ds/slurries. <br /> e. Scavenging. <br /> C. Specifications: <br /> 1 . No signigicant change in design or operation from that described in Item A of <br /> the Findings is allowed, except for those changes which are required under the <br /> Conditions portion of this permit. <br /> 2. Provide an area designated for extinguishing incoming burning wastes that must <br /> be within 50 feet of a fire hydrant and in an area where flammables will not <br /> ignite either accumulated garbage or flammable vegetation. <br />
