Provide our department the following information <br /> prior to receiving approval of the plans: <br /> 1. Include a drawing drawn to Y< = 1 ft. Top view showing dimensions (length, width), <br /> suction and return line plumbing sizes and type of material. Include location of <br /> skimmer(s), split suction drain(s), equalizers, and return lines. Four to 6 inch wide, <br /> slip-resistant tiles, of contrasting color, along the bottom of the pool where the <br /> water depth is 4'/2 feet. Stairs, ladders, grab rails, handrails. Location of depth <br /> markers. Contrasting tile on stairs and benches of spas when used. Fill line <br /> location. Pool light location(s), wattage and type. <br /> 2. Include a drawing of a longitudinal section showing dimensions (length), Depths at <br /> the shallow end wall, depths at any beginning or ending in breaks in slope and <br /> depth at the main drain. Indicate depth markers on the pool deck to match depth <br /> markers on the wall. If this pool has a maximum depth of 6 ft. or less, indicate no <br /> div markers on the deck adjacent to all deck depth markers. Stairs,�Aiith tread <br /> and rise-r-diions. Hose bibs must be available within 75 feet of all deck areas, and must be protected <br /> against backflow. <br /> 2. The lights in the pool shall be protected by a ground-fault circuit interrupter(GFCI). <br /> This will be inspected by the City or County Building Department. <br /> 3. All pumps, filters, chemical feeders, disinfectant feeders, skimmers and <br /> supplemental equipment shall comply with the applicable requirements <br /> established by the NSF/ANSI 50-2012.
