Schaffer January 16th, the <br /> tentative map (revised 12/6/77) will be revised to indicate only two lots <br /> on Valpico, rather than three. This department will make a recommendation <br /> to the County Planning Department at such time as a new revised map is <br /> received. Suggestions : 1. Dedication of right-of-ways on Valpico. Rd. <br /> and Fairoaks to make 60' right-of-way. Both are shown on the Tracy General <br /> Plan as collectors. <br /> Tracy Rural Fire District <br /> Tracy Unified School District <br /> Banta-Carbona Irrigation District <br /> Fire Warden <br /> OTHER CONSIDERATIONS <br /> - The subdivision has been revised so that no variance is required. <br /> - There is an existing Westwood Lane in the City of Stockton. <br /> DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE ACTION <br /> On January 11, 1978 the Development Committee unanimously recommended <br /> approval subject to: <br /> 1. All improvements shall be in conformance with the requirements <br /> of the County of San Joaquin. <br /> 2. Easements for utilities shall be as required by Pacific °Gas & <br /> Electric Company, Pacific Telephone & Telegraph Company and <br /> all other public utilities. The provisions of Article XIIA of <br /> Ordinance 892, as amended,. shall apply. <br /> 3. Plans for all improvements shall be approved by San Joaquin <br /> County Department of Public Works prior to consideration of <br /> the Final Map. <br /> 4. Drainage shall. be as ir-c>3cribFc by :.pard or Supervisors ' <br /> Resolution R-76-4201. ijrai;;ae shs_il comply with standards <br /> and requirements of the Department of Public Works prior <br /> to consideration of the final map. <br /> 5.
