In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as prescribed <br /> in Section 18.01 of Ordinance 892, as amended, the developer <br /> shall contribute fees of equivalent value as defined in said <br /> section. <br /> 9. A Preliminary Soil Report as prescribed in Section 5.165 of <br /> Ordinance 892, as amended, shall be required. <br /> 10. Full street improvements in compliance with Ordinance 672 <br /> shall be provided within the subdivision. Valpico Road <br /> shall be improved as required by Department of Public Works. <br /> 11. Tentative Map and the Final Map shall have shown thereon the <br /> location of the wells, drain ponds and leaching areas as <br /> required by Local Health District. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> - Ratify the Negative Declaration and forward to the Board of Supervisors <br /> with a recommendation for approval subject to the conditions recommended <br /> by the Development Committee:. <br /> - Adopt the following findings of fact : <br /> A. The subdivision conforms to the General Plan as to use and <br /> density. <br /> B. The proposed subdivision conforms with zoning requirements. <br />
