I.
J.
There is yet some land left to be developed along
the east side of Cherryland Avenue. If the presently
proposed subdivision is successful it will probably
stimulate further residential land to be subdivided;
however, there is only a limited amount of land which
could be so used. It is also true that the continued
residential development will stimulate some commercial
development, especially of convenience items.
Water Quality:
Water quality is determined by the San Joaquin County
Local Health District. The Local District administers
water quality as specified by the California Water
Quality Control Board - Central Valley Region. Public
water for this subdivision will come from two (2) deep
wells that will be inspected and monitored according
to water quality requirements.
Waste water, runoff, precipitation, humidity, fog,
water conservation, groundwater overdraft and water
related mitigation measures are discussed elsewhere
in this report, especially on pages 4, 5, and Appendix
B.
Organizations, Persons and Materials Consulted:
Mr. Howard Arnaiz -- Builder/Developer
Mr. Cliff Sorensen -- U.S.D.A.
