Gau, Senior Civil Engineer <br /> Public Services Division <br /> SUBJECT : COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> APPLICANT : ATC Realty Nine , Inc. <br /> APPLICATION NO : SU-89-1 APN : 086-070-14 & 15 <br /> PROPOSAL : Major Subdivision application to divide 38.72 acres <br /> into 23 one-and-ane half acre parcel . <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is located on the south side of Eight Mile Road, 3550 ' <br /> east of State Route 99 East Frontage Road, west of the California <br /> Traction Railroad line , in the rural residential area of Morada , <br /> northeast of Stockton. <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Eight Mile Road and Quashnick Road have existing right-of-way <br /> widths of 80 & 40 feet, and planned right-of-way widths of 84 & <br /> 60 feet, respectively . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br /> Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County of <br /> San Joaquin. <br /> 2 . All improvement plans and specifications must be approved by <br /> the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works <br /> concurrent to approval of the Final Map. <br /> 3 . All interior streets shall be dedicated and improved within <br /> the subdivision in conformance to County Standards of a 50- <br /> foot right-of-way farm or estate-type street. <br /> 1 <br />
