Eight Mile Road and Quashnick Road shall be dedicated and <br /> improved on the subdivision side in conformance to County <br /> Standards of 84 and 60-foot right-of-way streets , <br /> respectively. <br /> 5 . Access to Eight Mile Road from Lots 1 and 23 shall be <br /> restricted. Weeping Willow Way shall be cul-de-sac at lots <br /> 1 & 23 , and shall be relocated to provide access to APN 086 <br /> -070-16 . <br /> 6. The drainage and water systems shall conform to the North <br /> Morada Area Water and Storm Drainage Plan. Dedication of <br /> needed area for pond expansion is required. Verification of <br /> water supply complying with County Standards and Title 22 is <br /> required prior to tentative map approval . <br /> 7. The Developer/Owner shall participate in the Area of Benefit <br /> for the design and construction of the water and storm <br /> drainage systems . <br /> S . The area shall annex to North Morada County Service Area No . <br /> 46 prior to acceptance of the Final Map to provide for <br /> operation and maintenance of the storm drainage and domestic <br /> water systems . <br /> 9. The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay service fees for <br /> the County provided utility services in an amount equal to <br /> the estimated fees for the period from the acceptance of the <br /> improvements until effective date of assessment on the tax <br /> roll . Deposit of fees shall be submitted at the time of <br /> acceptance of the facilities by the County . <br /> 10 .
