The development will provide a public <br /> road for access . <br /> Adopt the Negative Declaration. <br /> Forward the project to the Planning Commission with a recommendation <br /> for approval. <br /> Subject to the following conditions : <br /> 1. All improvements shall conform with the Improvement <br /> Standards and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. <br /> All improvement plans and specifications must be approved by <br /> the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior <br /> to approval of the Final Map. <br /> If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior <br /> to the approval of the Final Map, the subdivider shall exe- <br /> cute an agreement with the County of San Joaquin, insuring <br /> the completion of improvements within one (1) year after <br /> filing the Final Map. <br /> Full street improvements in compliance with Section 1612 of <br /> Ordinance 1634 and Ordinance 672 shall be provided within <br /> the subdivision. Wilson Way shall be fully improved on <br /> the east side in compliance with County standards. <br /> The subdivider shall pay users fees for the utility services <br /> from the time the improvements are accepted by the Coynty <br /> to the end of the fiscal year, or up to a one (1) year <br /> period, as the case may be. <br /> 2. A. Terminal drainage shall be provided. <br /> The drainage system shall meet the requirements of the <br /> County and provide adequate drainage for the improve- <br /> ments (development) . The acceptance or approval by <br /> the County of the drainage system does not relieve the <br /> developer or his engineer of the responsibility of <br /> providing an adequate drainage system. <br /> B. Public water system shall be provided. <br /> Water system or methods shall conform to the requirements <br /> of the Local Health District, the Department of Public <br /> Works and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862 . <br />
