• 3 y " <br /> Item No. <br /> D/C 7-9-80 <br /> 5-80-13 <br /> Page 3 <br /> 3) Plans for all improvements to be approved by San Joaquin County <br /> Department of Public Works prior to consideration of the Final Map. <br /> 4) A terminal drainage system shall be provided. Provision for storm <br /> water drainage shall comply with standards and requirements of the <br /> Department of Public Works prior to consideration of the Final Map. <br /> r5) A public water system shall be provided conforming to the requirements <br /> of the Local Health District and the Department of Public Works. The <br /> system shall provide adequate water supply and fire hydrants for fire <br /> protection in conformance with Section 9-1831 of Ordinance 2634 and <br /> the requirements of the County Fire Warden and the Manteca-Lathrop <br /> Fire District. <br /> 6) A County Service Area shall be formed prior to the acceptance of the <br /> Final Map to provide for the operation, maintenance, and improvement <br /> of storm drainage systems, water systems and street lighting systems. <br /> 7) A Preliminary Soil Report, as prescribed in Section 9-1507 of <br /> Ordinance 2634, as amended, shallbe required. <br /> 8) Full street improvements in compliance with Ordinance 672 shall be <br /> provided within the subdivision. Lathrop Road shall be fully improved <br /> on the subdivided side in compliance with County standards. Curbs, <br /> gutters and sidewalks shall be provided throughout the subdivision. <br /> 9) Water supply and storm water drainage systems shall be provided <br /> throughout the subdivision. <br /> 10) Access to Lathrop Road shall be restricted. A fence shall be constructed <br /> along said right-of-way, as described in Section 9-1800 of Ordinance <br /> 2634. The subdivision map shall be revised accordingly. <br /> 11) This map is approved for 1 year. <br /> 12) Developer shall pay estimated amount of County operational costs to <br /> operate facilities such as, but not limited to, well, pumps and street <br /> lighting to go into district funds for operation of facilities up to <br /> one year. <br /> 13 Dry sewer line for connection to future municipal sewage facilities <br /> shall be provided. <br />
