S-78-1 <br /> Co p OF TED KATZAKIAN (WOODBRIDGE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB) FOR A 39 LOT <br /> C-a CYM RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION, AT THE NORTH MCTREMITY OF WOODBRIDGE <br /> —� >_ p� ROAD, NORTHEAST OF LODI, COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALI- <br /> �' Z - w FORNIA <br /> Q2 <br /> WHEREAS, on October 6, 1977, the Planning Commission <br /> of the County of San Joaquin, by Resolution PC-78-44, did <br /> conditionally approve Subdivision Map No. S-78-1 of TED <br /> KATZAKIAN (Woodbridge Golf & Country Club) for a 39 lot <br /> residential subdivision, at the north extremity of Woodbridge <br /> Road, northeast of Lodi, in an RA-2.0 Zone, County of San <br /> Joaquin, State of California; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors on October 18, 1977, <br /> did set the date of November 17, 1977, at the hour of 11: 15 a.m. <br /> for a public hearing on said matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, on this date, at the appointed time, this <br /> Board of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on said <br /> ®n_t er notice of which hearing Was given in accordance with <br /> law, and oral and documentary evidence having been received in <br /> favor of or opposed to said matter, and this Board of Super- <br /> visors being advised on the premises; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Super- <br /> visors that Subdivision Map No. S-78-1 of TED KATZAKIAN be, <br /> and it hereby is, conditionally approved as follows : <br /> 1. All improvements shall be in conformance with <br /> the requirements of the County of San Joaquin. <br /> 2 . Easements for utilities shall be as required by <br /> Pacific Gas & Electric, Pacific Telephone & Telegraph:, and <br /> all other public utilities. The provisions of Article XIIA <br /> of Ordinance 892, as amended, requiring undergrounding of <br /> utilities shall apply. <br /> 3. Plans for all improvements to be approved by <br /> San Joaquin County Department of Public Works prior to con- <br /> sideration of the Final Map. <br /> ENDORSE <br /> ��WVDY RYEMP <br /> Et <br /> W��...�.�.. <br />
