Provision for storm water drainage shall comply <br /> J with standards and requirements of the Department of Public <br /> �/ Works prior to consideration of tine Final Map. Terminal drainage <br /> shall be provided. <br /> 5. Two well water system or method shall conform <br /> to the requirements of the Local. Health District and the <br /> Department of Public Works. <br /> 6. An adequate water supply for fire protection <br /> with fire hydrants and connections shall be installed in <br /> conformance with the requirements of the County Fire Warden <br /> and Woodbridge Rural Fire District. <br /> 7. A County Service Area shall be formed prior <br /> to the acceptance of the Final Map to provide for the operation, <br /> maintenance and improvement of storm drainage systems, water <br /> systems, street lighting systems. <br /> 8. The minimum net lot area shall be 20,000 square <br /> feet. <br /> 9. In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, <br /> as prescribed in Section 18.01 of Ordinance 892, as amended, <br /> the developer shall contribute fees of equivalent value as <br /> defined in said section. <br /> 10. A Preliminary Soil Report as prescribed in <br /> Section 5.165 of Ordinance 892, as amended, shall be required. <br /> 11. Full street improvements with curbs and gutters <br /> in compliance with Ordinance 672 shall be provided within the <br /> subdivision. <br /> 12 . The developer shall provide one (1) street <br /> tree per lot. <br /> 13. Local Health District: Subject to the require- <br /> ments of the San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549, including <br /> the following : <br /> a. Minimum sewage disposal areas on each <br /> lot, as determined from percolation tests, are to <br /> be shown on the final map. <br /> 2 - <br />
