Minimum sewage disposal areas on each lot, as determined <br /> from percolation tests, are to be shown on the final map. <br /> b. The minimum sewage disposal area for each lot will be per- <br /> mitted to be located within five feet (5' ) of a property line. <br /> c. The septic tank for the sewage disposal system on lot 22 shall <br /> be located at least one hundred feet (100' ) minimum lateral dis- <br /> tance from the public water well on Parcel A. <br /> d. The minimum sewage disposal area required for each lot shall <br /> be recorded on the deed as a restriction on land use. <br /> e. It is recommended that the deed restriction on the land use <br /> aspect relative to the minimum sewage disposal area be published <br /> in the Real Estate Commissioner's Final Report for the subdivision. <br /> 14) Local Health District requirements : Subject to the requirements of <br /> San Joaquin County Ordinance No, 1862, including the following : <br /> a. The public water supply system shall be comprised of two wells <br /> at two different locations within the subdivision. The wells and <br /> distribution system shall meet the requirements of the California <br /> Safe Drinking Water Act (Chapter 7, Part 1, Division 5, California <br /> Health & Safety Code) , the San Joaquin Local Health District, and <br /> the San Joaquin County Public works Department. <br /> b. Parcels "A" and "B" shall each have minimum dimensions of <br /> 50' X 50' . <br /> 15) Woodbridge Road shall be extended onto the cul-de-sac terminating <br /> at lots 29, 30 and 31. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> - Forward this application to the Board of Supervisors with a recommendation <br /> for approval subject to the above mentioned conditions. <br />
