This restriction was imposed so that the contractor would supply GCL in <br />appropriately sized panels, and not assume that a patchquilt of panels would be acceptable. <br />However, due to geometric constraints at the site, the contractor foresees the need for an <br />occasional horizontal GCL seam. <br />We would appreciate your review and (hopefully) approval of this procedure so that it can be <br />implemented quickly if needed. <br />If you have any questions, please call me at (209) 468-8504. <br />Sincerely, <br />W.
