• 1 Mith the cvnd� tioim of the Use peljuit al fol the supervisvra- SECTION 7 Section 9-2182 , Chapter 10 , Division 2 , Title 9 , of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending Subsection (a) to read as follows : (a) Accessory Mobilehome Permits : ( 1 ) The property shall contain one ( 1 ) existing single family dwelling; ( 2 ) The property shall be occupied by not more than two ( 2 ) adults one of whom is either sixty ( 68 ) fifty-five 55 years of age or older or ill or infirm and under written doctor ' s orders to be under close and watchful atten- tion; (3 ) The aged, ill or infirm person described in subsection ( 2 ) may occupy the single family dwelling if the person(s) providing care for the aged, ill or infirm person occupies the mobilehome ; SECTION 8 Section 9-2184 , Chapter 10 , Division 2 , Title 9 , of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending Subsection (g) to read as follows: (g) Number of Mobilehomes. Unless otherwise specified in this Chapter , not more than one ( 1 ) mobilehome from each mobile- home category specified in Section 9-2181 is allowed per par- cel ; SECTION 9 Section 9-3208 , Chapter 3 , Division 3 , Title 9 , of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 9-3208 . ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONES . In order to classify, regulate, restrict , and segregate the uses of land and buildings, to regulate the height of buildings, to regulate the area of yards and other open spaces about buildings, and to regu- late the density of population, in accordance with the purpose and provisions of the ordinance codified in Divisions 3 through 8 of this Title, the County shall be divided into imid-zxse zones of such number, shape, and area as may be deemed best suited to encourage the most appropriate use of land and -__._ _____ -__ -__.__ __ - -- _--_______ to be ..___wn -_ _____.._ . .
