SECTION 9-3213 . ZONING MAPS . A series of zoning maps , <br /> collectively known as the "Zoning Map of the County of San <br /> Joaquin, " shall be maintained 12y the Planning Division . <br /> LL The zonin maps shall show the designations and boundaries of <br /> each zone and shall show any base data that the Director <br /> deems useful or that the Board of Supervisors directs ; <br /> (b) The Director shall revise the zoning maps to show amendments , <br /> includinq changes in designations, rezoning of property, and <br /> clarification of zone boundaries made pursuant to Section <br /> 9-3214 ; <br /> (c)_ The zoning maps and all notations , references , data, and <br /> other information shown thereon are made a part of this <br /> Title . <br /> SECTION 13 Section 9-3210 , Chapter 3 , Division 3 , Title 9 , <br /> of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby changed to Section <br /> 9-3214 and amended to read as follows : <br /> SECTION 9 92ie 9-3214 . INTERPRETATION OF ZONE BOUNDARIES eP <br /> ZeNH9 . Where uncertainty exists as to the boundaries of any zone <br /> shown on said the zoning maps , the following rules shall apply: <br /> (a) Where sack zone boundaries are indicated as approximately <br /> following street and alley lines or lot lines , such lines <br /> shall be construed to be sach said zone boundaries ; <br /> (b) In unsubdivided property, or where a zone boundary divides a <br /> lot , the location of sash the zone boundary, unless the same <br /> zone boundary is indicated by dimensions , shall be determined <br /> by the , Director ; <br /> ( c) In case any uncertainty exists, the <br /> Director shall interpret the location of zone boundaries ; <br /> (d) Where any public street or alley is officially vacated or <br /> abandoned, the regulations applicable to abutting properties <br /> shall apply to the centerline of such vacated or abandoned <br /> street or alley; <br /> (e) Where any private right-of-way or easement of any railroad, <br /> canal , transportation or public utility company is vacated or <br /> abandoned, the regulations applicable to abutting property <br /> shall apply to the centerline of such vacated or abandoned <br /> property. <br /> SECTION 1L Section 9-3227 , Chapter 4 , Division 3 , Title 9, <br /> of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended by adding <br /> Subsection (h) to read as follows : <br /> (h) Reduced Street Side Yard. On any lot with a width of sixty- <br /> five 65 feet or less , the minimum depth of the street side <br /> Yard may be reduced to ten 10 feet . <br /> TA-88-2 - 15 - (BOS : 10-6-87 ) <br />
