Ij
10
PC: 9-10-87
ZR-87-34/SU-86-12
6. "The design of the subdivision or the type of improvements is
not likely to cause serious public health problems."
The staff can make this finding because the subdivision
design and improvements are required to meet County stan-
dards. The proposed rural residential use will not create
a public health problem.
7. "The design of the subdivision or the type of improvements
will not conflict with easements, acquired by the public at
larce, for access through or use of property within the pro-
posed subdivision."
The staff can make this finding because public access
within and through the subdivision will be provided by
roads that are to be improved to County standards and dedi-
cated to San Joaquin County.
S. "Any land or improvements to be dedicated to the County are
consistent with the General Plan."
The staff can make this finding because all road improve-
ments to be dedicated to the County are consistent with the
Planning Title, which implements the County's General Plan.
9. "The design of the subdivision provides, to the extent
feasible, for the future passive or natural heating oppor-
tunities in the subdivision, as required by Government Code
Section 66473.1."
The staff can make this findinc because the predominant
east -west orientation of the subdivision's streets will
allow residences to be oriented with southern exposures.
n
